2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to most locations across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on our website.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Rural & Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except where required by law.

5. Courier Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners based on your delivery location to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Partner Details (where applicable)

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete,

  • The customer refuses delivery,

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

BrandRooted.online is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

10. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not use the damaged product.

  • Take clear photographs of the package and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Include:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

Our support team will assist you promptly.

12. Lost Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed as lost during transit by the courier partner, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement (subject to product availability), or

  • Issue a refund as applicable.

13. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered:

  • COD availability depends on your PIN code.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • The total payable amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

14. Refused Orders

If an order is refused without a valid reason, BrandRooted.online reserves the right to recover any shipping or return shipping costs incurred.
