1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and packaging must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products once opened.

  • Customized or personalized products.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  4. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Do not return any product without receiving confirmation from us.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we will arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost where appropriate.

  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
